Summary

Requires DOH, DHS, and DOE to research rules, policies, and plan amendments necessary to ensure that medically necessary services, including applied behavior analysis services, for individuals twenty-six years of age or younger with neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism spectrum disorder and fetal alcohol spectrum disorders, are covered under the early and periodic screening, diagnostic, and treatment benefit; state special education services and programs; and the medicaid section 1915(c) home and community based waiver for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Effective 7/1/3000. (HD2)
