Summary

Establishes the position of the Hawaii affordable health care coordinator within the office of the governor to make recommendations for the implementation of the federal Affordable Care Act of 2010. Requires the Hawaii affordable health care coordinator to submit a report to the governor, department of health, and legislature. Appropriates funds for salary of the Hawaii affordable health care coordinator. (SD1)
