Summary

Requires the governor to coordinate with the department of accounting and general services and other state agencies as necessary to name a school, building, road, park, or other property under the control of the State in honor of President Barack Obama and require the state foundation on culture and the arts to commission a statue of President Barack Obama to be located on state or federal property. Requires the governor to report to the legislature on the status of the plan.
