Summary

Requires a ratio of one electric vehicle parking stall to be reserved per 100 stalls in places of public accommodations. Designates the appropriate county authority having jurisdiction over planning and permitting for enforcement. Clarifies the electric vehicle parking fee exemption for metered and non-metered state or county parking stalls. Repeals 6/30/2020. Effective 7/1/2050. (SD2)
