SECTION
.
92.25
Employer
liability.
1
Notwithstanding
section
92.24,
an
employer
who
employs
a

minor
is
strictly
liable
for
any
injury
or
death
of
the
minor

that
occurs
in
the
course
and
scope
of
the
minor
employee’s

employment.

The
inclusion
of
this
explanation
does
not
constitute

This
bill
relates
to
civil
liability
for
employers
of
minor

employees.
The
bill
provides
that
an
employer
of
a
minor
is

strictly
liable
for
any
injury
or
death
of
the
minor
that

within
the
scope
and
course
of
the
minor’s
employment.
