AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3109 by replacing
line 25 on page 2 through line 2 on page 3 with "determining
mental capacity, shall consider the latest recommendations of
the Federation of State Medical Boards."; and
on page 18, by replacing lines 17 through 19 with "individual
licensed under this Act, shall consider the latest
recommendations of the Federation of State Medical Boards.".
