Summary

Amends the Recreational Trails of Illinois Act. Provides that individuals with a current Off-Highway Vehicle Usage Stamp are not required to have a public access sticker to operate their off-highway vehicles on lands or waters in public off-highway vehicle parks paid for, operated by, or supported by a grant program established under the Act. Effective immediately.
