Bill Title: Amends the Criminal Code of 1961. Provides that it is a Class 4 felony for a child sex offender to knowingly operate, manage, be employed by, or be associated with any local fair when persons under 18 years of age are present. Defines "local fair" as an event that is staged by a local municipality in which people gather to trade or display goods. Effective immediately.
