Bill Title: Amends the Property Tax Extension Limitation Law in the Property Tax Code. Provides that for levy years 2010 through 2014, "aggregate extension" does not include extensions made for contributions to a pension fund established pursuant to the Illinois Pension Code to the extent that the contributions exceed the base rate for the fiscal year ending in 2009. Effective immediately.
