Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Insurance Code. Provides that an individual or group policy of accident and health insurance or managed care plan that is amended, delivered, issued, or renewed in this State on or after the effective date of the amendatory Act shall provide coverage for health care services provided at a school-based health center at the same rate that would apply if those health care services were provided in a different health care setting.
