Bill Title: Amends the School Code. Provides that the State Board of Education shall not adopt any rule or policy that makes changes to any State assessment, academic standards, or educator licensure without the prior consent and approval of the General Assembly. Provides that the State Superintendent of Education shall not ask the State Board for the adoption of any rule or policy that makes changes to assessments, academic standards, or educator licensure without the prior consent and approval of the General Assembly.
