Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Driver Licensing Law Chapter of the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that, if the Secretary of State denies, suspends, or revokes an individual's driving privileges for a reason set forth in specified provisions of the Driver License Compact concerning an offense in another state, the Secretary of State must provide the applicant with the reasons why the driver's license was denied, suspended, or revoked in Illinois and provide verification of the related offense. Provides that the Secretary of State must provide information pertaining to the application process and the hearing process for reinstatement and review the individual's application for issuance or reinstatement and provide a decision within 21 calendar days. Provides that, if the applicant's application is denied, the Secretary of State must: (1) provide the applicant of verification of the reason the application is denied by certified mail within 7 calendar days of the denial; (2) provide the applicant with all documents presented at the hearing and the reasons for denial; and (3) provide the applicant with information regarding the process for contesting the denial.
