Bill Title: Amends the Use Tax Act, the Service Use Tax Act, the Service Occupation Tax Act, the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act. Provides that a person who knowingly sells, purchases, installs, transfers, possesses, uses, or accesses any automated sales device, zapper, or phantom-ware for use in an electronic cash register or other point-of-sale system in this State is guilty of a Class 3 felony.
