Bill Title: Amends the Critical Health Problems and Comprehensive Health Education Act and the Interscholastic Athletic Organization Act. Provides that the Comprehensive Health Education Program must include information about cancer (instead of allowing the early prevention and detection of cancer to be included). Requires an interscholastic athletic organization to include a question asking whether a student has a family history of cancer on any pre-participation examination form given to students participating or seeking to participate in interscholastic athletics. Provides that the organization may require that a testicular examination be conducted as a part of any physical required for a male student's participation in interscholastic athletics.
