Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Procurement Code. Provides that any procurement of construction not exceeding $250,000 (currently, $100,000) may be made without competitive source selection. Amends the Architectural, Engineering, and Land Surveying Qualifications Based Selection Act. In a Section concerning small contracts under the Act, provides that specified provisions do not apply to architectural, engineering, and land surveying contracts with an estimated basic professional services fee of less than $50,000 (currently, $25,000).
