Bill Title: Appropriates $40,000,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, from the General Revenue Fund to the Illinois Arts Council for the award of grants for arts-based after school programs in communities with a median household income that is less than or equal to 125% of the federal poverty level according to the United States Census Bureau . Effective July 1, 2023.
