| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of | ||||||
| 3 | Representatives wish to recognize Nathan Libbey, LP.D., for | ||||||
| 4 | his four years of service to the Aptakisic-Tripp Community | ||||||
| 5 | Consolidated School District (CCSD) 102 Board of Education; | ||||||
| 6 | and
| ||||||
| 7 | WHEREAS, Dr. Libbey served as secretary of the | ||||||
| 8 | Aptakisic-Tripp CCSD 102 Board of Education for two years; and
| ||||||
| 9 | WHEREAS, Dr. Libbey was a dedicated member of the board's | ||||||
| 10 | Policy Committee; and
| ||||||
| 11 | WHEREAS, Dr. Libbey worked closely with the district | ||||||
| 12 | superintendent, answering questions and sharing valuable | ||||||
| 13 | expertise during the COVID-19 pandemic; and
| ||||||
| 14 | WHEREAS, During board meetings, Dr. Libbey listened | ||||||
| 15 | intently to presentations, asked pertinent questions, and | ||||||
| 16 | provided meaningful comments and feedback; and
| ||||||
| 17 | WHEREAS, Dr. Libbey's last meeting as a member of the | ||||||
| 18 | Aptakisic-Tripp CCSD 102 Board of Education will be held on | ||||||
| 19 | April 24, 2023; therefore, be it

| 1 | RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE ONE | ||||||
| 2 | HUNDRED THIRD GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that | ||||||
| 3 | we recognize Nathan Libbey, LP.D., for his four years of | ||||||
| 4 | dedicated service to the Aptakisic-Tripp Community | ||||||
| 5 | Consolidated School District (CCSD) 102 Board of Education, | ||||||
| 6 | and we thank him for his valiant commitment to the students and | ||||||
| 7 | the district; and be it further
