Amends the Local Food, Farms, and Jobs Act. Modifies the term "local farm or food products" for purposes of the Act.

1 AN ACT concerning finance.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Local Food, Farms, and Jobs Act is amended
5by changing Section 5 as follows:
6 (30 ILCS 595/5)
7 Sec. 5. Definitions. "Local farm or food products" are
8products: (1) grown in Illinois; or (2) , processed and ,
9packaged in , and distributed by Illinois citizens or
10businesses located wholly within the borders of Illinois.
