Bill Title: Amends the Comprehensive Health Insurance Plan Act. Deletes language that provides that the State may subsidize the cost of health insurance coverage offered by the Comprehensive Health Insurance Plan. Makes changes to the definition of "dependent". In the provisions concerning powers and authority of the board and eligibility, changes references of "appropriated funds" to "assessments". Deletes language that provides that any deficit incurred or expected to be incurred on behalf of eligible persons who qualify for plan coverage shall be recouped by an appropriation made by the General Assembly. Makes other changes. Effective immediately.
