Summary

529 college savings distributions. Provides a one time exclusion from Indiana adjusted gross income of an amount that was withdrawn by a taxpayer from an account owned by the taxpayer under an Indiana education savings program and that was never expended for purposes of an Indiana education savings program. Provides that the withdrawal is not subject to certain repayment or penalty provisions.
