Summary

Marion County fairgrounds. Provides that the board of directors of the Marion County Agricultural Fair Association may request the placement of one digital billboard at a location on the real property of the Marion County Agricultural Fair Association selected by the board. Provides that a consolidated city shall permit the placement of one digital billboard on the real property of the Marion County Agricultural Fair Association if the board makes such a request. Provides that the owner of the real property of the Marion County Agricultural Fair Association shall receive any revenue attributable to the placement of the digital billboard on the real property.
