Bill Title: Recreational vehicle excise tax. Provides that if a person presents proof of the purchase price for a new recreational vehicle or truck camper that would result in the recreational vehicle or truck camper being classified in a different class under the recreational vehicle and truck camper excise tax, the purchase price shall be used to classify the recreational vehicle or truck camper.
