Bill Title: Threat assessments and critical infrastructure. Requires the executive director of the department of homeland security (department) to: (1) examine vulnerabilities of and threats to critical infrastructure and other possible targets of criminal or terrorist activity; and (2) make legislative and administrative recommendations based on the department's analysis of the examination results to the legislative council and the governor.
