Summary

Amend KRS 134.452 to provide that actual attorney's fees of up to two thousand dollars shall be deemed reasonable litigations costs, and that amounts in excess may be allowed upon a finding by the court that the third party purchaser incurred actual costs in excess of two thousand dollars, and that those costs were warranted based upon the issues presented in litigation.
