Summary
Amend KRS 61.690 to require Kentucky Retirement Systems to issue, upon request of a spouse or former spouse who is eligible for benefit payments from the systems under a qualified domestic relations order, the share of the participant's account balance the spouse or former spouse would receive if the participant had taken a refund as of the date of the spouse or former spouse's request.
