Summary

Amend KRS 194A.135 to delete the requirement that the Commonwealth Council on Developmental Disabilities appoint a subcommittee including members of the Kentucky Commission on Autism Spectrum Disorders to monitor the state plan and submit reports; create a new section of KRS Chapter 194A to establish the Advisory Council on Autism Spectrum Disorders; repeal KRS 194A.620 and KRS 194A.622; and confirm Executive Order 2014-618.
