Summary

Repealing a specified provision of law relating to the consent to the immunization of a minor in the care and custody of the Department of Juvenile Services; and specifying that a minor has the same capacity as an adult to consent to specified initial screenings, immunizations, and physical examinations if the minor is committed to the custody of specified individuals, under the supervision of the Department, or detained at an adult detention center.
