Summary

Requiring the Secretary of Health to make a new certificate of birth for an individual for purposes related to the sex designation of a parent listed on the certificate of birth under certain circumstances; requiring a clerk who issues a marriage license to issue a new marriage certificate that includes a different sex designation and, if appropriate, name for a party to the marriage under certain circumstances; prohibiting a new certificate from showing that changes have been made to the original certificate; etc.
