Summary

Specifying that specified provisions of law do not prohibit or require specified providers of voice over Internet protocol service to register or assess a fee for specified telecommunications relay service; and requiring the Department of Information Technology, in consultation with the Governor's Advisory Board for Telecommunications Relay, to establish a requirement for a specified communications company to register with the Department for a specified purpose.
