Summary

Requiring, as part of the Maryland Strategic Energy Investment Program, that a clean energy grant awarded with the Program for solar electric photovoltaic property installed at an individual's primary residence is to be for at least $5,000; and requiring that a clean energy grant awarded for a solar battery installed at an individual's primary residence is to be at least $2,500 for the installation of one solar battery or $5,000 for the installation of more than one solar battery.
