Summary

Requiring that a party filing a specified appeal with the State Board of Contract Appeals simultaneously submit to the Board a specified bond or other form of acceptable security; requiring, in a specified appeal, the Board to request a unit, in conjunction with the Office of the Attorney General, to submit a specified report and furnish a copy of the report to specified persons; requiring that specified comments on a specified report or a specified rebuttal be filed with the Board within specified time periods; etc.
