Summary

Altering the process under which the salary recommendations of the Judicial Compensation Commission go into effect; altering from 6% to 8% of earnable compensation the rate of member contributions for members of the Judges' Retirement System; requiring individuals who become members of the Judges' Retirement System on or after July 1, 2012, to earn at least 5 years of eligibility service before becoming eligible to receive a vested allowance; etc.
