Summary

Requiring that the State Amusement Ride Safety Advisory Board, in consultation with the State Traumatic Brain Injury Advisory Board, determine if it is necessary to require a concussion warning at amusement park rides in which a specified passenger is at risk, and the appropriate method of warning passengers; and requiring the State Amusement Ride Safety Advisory Board to report its findings on or before December 1, 2012.
