AN ACT

To amend chapter 177, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to real property donated to school districts.




Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:


            Section A. Chapter 177, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 177.310, to read as follows:

            177.310. 1. Notwithstanding any law, the school board of a school district that has acquired any real property by donation from a nonprofit organization may, after ten years from the date of the donation, return the property to the nonprofit organization or sell the property as surplus.
