Summary
An Act To Amend Chapter 955, Local And Private Laws Of 1996, As Amended By Chapter 952, Local And Private Laws Of 1998, As Amended By Chapter 1030, Local And Private Laws Of 1999, To Create The Tourism Development And Support Fund For Tunica County, Mississippi, And To Provide A Definition For Such Fund; To Provide That Such Fund Is To Be Administered And Managed By The Tunica County Tourism Commission; To Provide Purposes For Which The Fund May Be Expended; And For Related Purposes.
