Summary

An Act To Amend Section 27-31-1, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That All Leases, Lease Contracts And Lease Agreements And Leaseholds And Leasehold Interests With Respect To Property Owned By The United States And Leased By The United States To A Private Entity As Part Of An Agreement To Have The Private Entity Manage, Operate, Maintain And Construct Housing Facilities For Military Personnel Shall Be Exempt From Ad Valorem Taxation; And For Related Purposes.
