An Act To Amend Section 45-14-31, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Delete The Schedule Of Specific Fees To Be Charged By The State Board Of Health For Radiological Health Services; To Provide That The Board Shall Set Materials Licensing Fees In Congruence With And Subject To Certain Federal Regulations; To Provide That The Board Shall Set The Amount Of Other Fees Charged For Providing Radiological Health Services, Subject To Certain Limitations; And For Related Purposes.
