Summary

An Act To Amend Section 63-3-1009, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require The Mississippi Department Of Transportation To Review All Passive Grade Railroad Crossings In The State Every Three Years To Determine If Any Crossings Are Particularly Dangerous; To Require The Department To Erect Stop Signs At Crossings It Determines To Be Particularly Dangerous During The Review; And For Related Purposes.
