Summary

An Act To Amend Section 27-65-75, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Increase The Percentage Of Total Sales Tax Revenue Collected On Business Activities In Municipalities Within The State That Is Diverted To Municipalities; To Provide That An Additional Amount Of The Total Sales Tax Revenue Collected On Business Activities In Municipalities Within The State Will Be Diverted To Municipalities If General Fund Revenue Collections Increase A Certain Amount; And For Related Purposes.
