Summary

An Act To Amend Section 61-3-19, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Remove The Requirement That An Airport Authority Publish In A Public Newspaper When The Authority Sells Personal Property By Use Of The Internet; To Provide That Before Such Property Is Sold, A Public Notice Must Be Posted For Five (5) Calendar Days At The Authority's Executive Office; To Provide That The Property May Be Relisted If The Internet Sale Of The Property Is Not Concluded For Any Reason; And For Related Purposes.
