An Act To Amend Section 37-1-9, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Empower The State Board Of Education To Compel Attendance, Administer Oaths, Take Depositions And Issue Subpoenas, And To Exempt Certain Investigative Records Of The State Department Of Education From The Mississippi Public Records Act; To Amend Section 37-3-2, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Add Additional Grounds For Disciplinary Action Against A Licensed Teacher Or Administrator; To Amend Section 37-16-3, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Prescribe Certain Powers And Responsibilities Of The State Department Of Education In Cases Of Alleged Statewide Testing Irregularities; To Amend Section 37-16-4, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Prescribe Criminal Penalties For Any Person Submitting A False Certification Regarding A Statewide Test; And For Related Purposes.
