Summary

An Act To Amend Section 1, Chapter 940, Local And Private Laws Of 2009, Which Authorizes The Board Of Supervisors Of Greene County, Mississippi, To Levy An Assessment, In Addition To Any Other Assessments And Court Costs, For Each Civil Case Filed In, And For Each Misdemeanor Conviction Obtained In Its Justice Court To Be Used To Fund The Construction, Operation And Maintenance Of A New County Office Building, To Be Known As The "greene County Justice Court Complex," To Increase The Assessment For Misdemeanor Convictions And Extend The Repeal Date On The Section Until July 1, 2016; And For Related Purposes.
