A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT to regulate deer hunting in Lee County.
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the seasons for hunting either sex deer with archery equipment, blackpowder, and guns in Lee County shall be those set by the Wildlife Resources Commission for the Eastern Region.
SECTION 2. This act is effective when it becomes law.
