A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to appropriate funds for the Defense and Security Technology Accelerator program.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated to the Partnership for Defense Innovation, a nonprofit corporation, the sum of one million dollars ($1,000,000) for fiscal year 2010‑2011 to be used for the Defense and Security Technology Accelerator program.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2010.
