Summary

Provides for the disclosure by members of the legislature and candidates for member of the legislature, of the amount and source of any income, in excess of $1,000, from employment; requires the legislative ethics commission to make the financial disclosure statements of members of the legislature and candidates for member of the legislature available to the public on the internet; limits term of legislative committee chair to no more than 4 consecutive years; provides that members of the legislature shall not serve more than five two year terms in either house; provides regardless of terms, service is limited to ten years; increases the time period campaign financial statements must be retained from 5 to 15 years.
