Summary
This bill would require the MTA to submit annu- al reports on attacks, injuries or deaths reported to or otherwise known to it in connection with its facilities and premises.

Requires the MTA to submit annual reports on assaults, attacks, injuries or deaths reported to or otherwise known to it in connection with its facilities and premises; requires a report relating to assaults and attacks on employees and non-employees, and a report relating to physical infrastructure, safety, condition, security and other health hazards; requires separate tabulations for employees and other persons; requires recommendations to reduce such incidents.
