Summary
Public Authorities law is being amended by establishing a task force to develop a process for entities to obtain a permit to retail biofuel or biodiesel. The task force shall be comprised of state and local officials as well as others with knowledge of the fuel industry. The members of the task force shall not receive compensation but will receive reimbursement for any necessary expenses. The authority shall administer the permit process developed by the task force.
