Summary

Provides for the employment of inmates in Nassau county to clean up property that has been damaged by graffiti. The Nassau County Task Force for graffiti is too limited in its ability to clean up graffiti. The reason being that state law prohibits inmates from working on graffiti on private property. Fencing that are on private property but not facing the owner are usually targets of graffiti. These fences stay vandalized due to the fact that many owners do not see them.
