Bill Title: Provides for reduced-fare (80%) tokens for the Verrazano-Narrows bridge for residents of the counties of Kings, Queens, Nassau, and Suffolk, in addition to Richmond, using such bridge to travel to their places of employment and provides an exemption from any surcharge to the extent of the amount of any such surcharge during the 1993 calendar year.
