Bill Title: Relates to birth certificates for incarcerated individuals; requires birth certificate or certification of birth, or certified transcript of birth and social security card to be kept in the incarcerated individual's records until the incarcerated individual is released from custody when such birth certificate or certification of birth, or certified transcript of birth and social security card shall be provided to the incarcerated individual.
